The certificate attestation is done by the respective HRD of the State by whom the certificate had been issued and by the Ministry of HRD in New Delhi.

The HRD has to verify the application form, passport, passport size photograph, all original certificates, copy of voter-id card, and photocopy of all mark sheets, along with the appointment letter /offer letter copy.

Next the documents need to be attached by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE /consulate with the attestation form of MOFA from UAE.

In specific cases only, all documents are forwarded to the Home Department for attestation. Then the documents will be verified by the Ministry of External Affairs and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE /consulate with the attestation form of MOFA from UAE.
