Authentication
All the applicants need to undertake the following steps to obtain the desired attestation of their documents.
- Attestation from their respective University/Institution
- Ministry of HRD Verification
- Approval of Ministry of External Affairs
- Stamping at UAE Embassy
Ministry of HRD Verification
- Visit the HRD office
- Fill the required form and attach the required documents and submit.
- You don't have to give any charges for HRD verification service.
- Do not forget to carry all your documents with passport size photo.
An Approval of Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
- The Ministry of External Affairs is located in New Delhi. If you are able to go there you can go directly and get the attestation or alternatively you can apply through agents/agencies. Charges of agents will be different. Try to find government recognized agencies like “VFS Global”. They will be transparent with their costs.
- This process can take up-to one week.
UAE Embassy Stamping
- Once all the attestation is done on your original mark sheet or other documents, you may proceed to the UAE Embassy for verification stamp.
- Charges are levied by the Embassy for the services
Note: By this way, you can complete your attestation of educational certificates for Qatar.
For all other Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar)
certificate attestation process is almost the same.
